How it works
- You send the request and confirm your identity using the email registered on the platform.
- The request goes to human review. Nothing is deleted automatically or irreversibly.
- Account and contact data are deleted or anonymised after review. Financial records (deposits, contracts, earnings, redemptions, withdrawals and receipts) are kept for up to 5 years under tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Ledger records, contracts and receipts are not erased before the applicable retention rules are defined and approved.
Deleting the account ends access to the platform. Balances and open positions must be settled before removal, as set out in the Terms.
